Side Effects Of Drinking Tea: भारत में चाय के शौकीनों की कोई कमी नहीं है, इसके बिना तो कई लोगों को दिन की शुरुआत तक नहीं होती और बिना चाय की चुस्की के लोगों को सिरदर्द और थकान का सामना करना पड़ता है, इससे ताजगी और राहत का अहसास होता है. लेकिन कुछ लोगों का चाय पीने की अजीब सी लत होती है, वो सुबह से लेकर शाम तक कई कप चाय पी जाते हैं, हालांकि ऐसे लोगों को ये समझना चाहिए कि जरूरत से ज्यादा चाय का सेवन सेहत को काफी नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है.  ग्रेटर नोएडा के GIMS अस्पताल में कार्यरत मशहूर डाइटीशियन डॉ. आयुषी यादव (Dr. Ayushi Yadav) ने बताया कि हमें एक दिन में कितने कप चाय पीने चाहिए.

एक दिन में कितनी कप चाय पीनी चाहिए?
इस बात से हम सभी वाकिफ हैं कि चाय में कैफीन होता है, जो सेहत के लिए इतना अच्छा नहीं माना जातै है. हलांकि ये चाय की पत्तियों की क्वालिटी पर डिपेंड करता है कि कौन से ब्रांड में कितनी कैफीन होगी. आमतौर पर एक कप चाय में करीब 60 मिलीग्राम कैफीन होती है. इस हिसाब से एक दिन में 3 कप से ज्यादा चाय पीना सेहत के लिए खतरनाक साबित हो सकता है.

ज्यादा चाय पीने के नुकसान
आयरन की कमी
अगर आप एक दिन में 4 या इससे ज्यादा कप चाय पीते हैं तो इस पेय पदार्थ में मौजूद टैनिन बॉडी में आयरन के एब्जॉर्ब्शन की कैपेसिटी को कम कर देता है. जो लोग शाकाहारी होते हैं उनके लिए चाय का अधिक सेवन सेहत पर बुरा असर डाल सकता है. 

चक्कर आना
चाय में कैफीन की मात्रा काफी ज्यादा होती है जो हमारे दिमाग में बुरा असर डाल सकती है इसकी वजह से सिर में चक्कर आ सकता है, इसलिए ज्यादातर हेल्थ एक्सपर्ट्स बहुत अधिक चाय के सेवन से परहेज करने की सलाह देते हैं.

सीने में जलन
अगर आप एक दिन में 5 से 10 कप चाय पीते हैं तो एसिड रिफलक्स की परेशानी बढ़ जाती है, इसकी वजह से आपकी सीने में जल्द की शिकायत हो सकती है. इसलिए अपने इस शौक पर कंट्रोल करने की कोशिश करें.

नींद की कमी
चाय आपको ताजगी देता है जिससे आप दिनभर के जरूरी काम टेंशन फ्री होकर कर सकें, लेकिन अगर आप नियमित अंतराल पर लगातर चाय पीते रहेंगे तो तो नींद न आने की समस्या हो सकती है.
